Deposit required for a 2 bedroom
condo through a 4 bedroom home: At the time of booking, either $100 or a valid credit card
number. If you choose to reserve with a credit card we will not apply any charges to the
card prior to your arrival date. You may pay the full amount upon arrival. There will be a
$100.00 fee if you cancel your reservation between 7 and 29 days prior to arrival. Upon
arrival, you may pay with cash, traveler´s check, money order, cashier´s check, or
credit card. If you wish to pay for your rental with a personal or business check, we must
receive it a minimum of three weeks (21 days) prior to arrival.
Deposit required for 5 and 6 bedroom homes: At the time of booking, $100 or a valid credit
card number. However, the entire balance for the rental is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The balance may be paid by credit card, cashier´s check, money order, or check. If paid
by credit card, you must also present the card at the time of your arrival. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
American Express, and Diners. |
