HOME?
In a word—Service! Yes, our homes are beautifully decorated and fully
appointed. Sure the location is superb—The closest vacation homes to Disney
World. Of course the value is phenomenal, not only compared to other, older
rental homes a greater distance from Disney but also compared to even lower
priced hotels. However, the biggest advantage to our homes is the service
we provide. Whether you are booking from one of our knowledgeable Rental
Agents, or arriving in Orlando late at night and concerned about your vacation
arrangements, we are here for you. 24 hours/day, 7 days/week you can reach
someone who is less than 5 minutes from your vacation dream home.
How do I make a reservation?
There are many ways. . Reserve on-line by going to the reservations
page (Just
click on this link) and completing the form. On the reservations page,
you have the option of submitting your information to receive a quote,
printing out your information to send it with a check for $100 to reserve
your DREAM HOME,
or reserving directly online by providing us with your credit card information.

Our commitment to service means we do our best to service you regardless
of your desired method of communication!
What If I need to cancel?
If you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival, you will receive
a full refund. From 30 days to 7 days prior, you may forfeit your $100
deposit. Within 7 days, you may be liable for some, or all of your reservation.
If there is to be a conflict with your reservation, please contact us as
soon as possible. Our commitment to service means we will listen to you
and be very understanding.
How do I know you will have a beautiful home
for me?
First of all, because our company is built on the foundation of honesty
and integrity, we will not rent a home to you in which we would not want
to stay ourselves. However, like any home there are times when things malfunction
or something happens beyond our control. Therefore, we offer you this guarantee,
if you are not happy with your Amazing
dREAM HOME, we will do our best to find you another
home. (We have over 2
50 homes!) If we are unable to find a home that meets your standards,
please call us. We will work hard to try and solve the problem. It is impossible
to guarantee you that nothing will ever go wrong. But I can guarantee you
that someone from Amazing
dREAM HOMES will be available to solve any concerns
promptly and courteously.
How do I pay for my rental?
You pay the remaining balance of your rental upon arrival. If you arrive
after hours, just stop in the next day to settle your account. We are happy
to accept cash, traveler’s checks, money order, cashier’s check, Master
Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Diners. Although you may pay
your deposit, or even prepay, with a personal check, we cannot accept a
personal check once you arrive.

We will also mail you a copy of the directions with your confirmation letter.
If you arrive after hours, your key will be ready for you in the lock box.
If you have any questions or problems, you will have a number to reach
us 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
How far is my DREAM HOME from the check-in
center?
As you can see on our map, most of our homes are less than 3 minutes
from our check-in center. In addition, our home office is located in Celebration,
Florida—Right in the heart of Disney World. Placing us in a convenient
location to service you.
How old are your homes?
We feature newer homes—The average age of our homes is less than two
years! Our oldest homes are no older than approximately 5 years. We are
continually building new homes to service you. Take a look at our homes
on our view our homes page and you will see the
high quality we offer. We keep our homes very well maintained.
Which home will I be in?
When you look at the pictures of the homes we have to offer, you will
notice how beautiful our homes are. When you place your reservation, we
guarantee you will receive the type of home you book, or nicer, and you
will be less than 10 minutes to Disney World. When you place a hotel reservation,
you don’t expect the front desk to say, "Oh, and when you arrive, you will
be in room 222." In the same way, when you place a reservation with us,
we will not assign you a specific address until closer to your arrival
date. It will be based on the arrival and departure of other guests. Although
we do our very best to provide you with everything you want, every now
and then, a guest may place a special request, which we will promise to
do our best to honor. However, if, due to circumstances beyond our control,
we cannot honor that request, the guest will need to accept the type of
home reserved without the special request being available.
Do the homes look like the ones on the Internet?
They should—We took those pictures ourselves with a digital camera at
the very homes we are offering for rent!
What all is provided in the home?
So much, it’s tough to list it all. All linens and towels are provided.
There is at least one cable TV, a VCR, and a music system. The kitchen
has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker
and blender along with all dishes and utensils. There is a two-car garage,
washer & dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and even a hair
dryer.
Is there anything that is not provided?
There are a few things you may want to be sure to pack. If you like
to lounge around the pool, we do not provide the large beach towels. Some
homes do not provide washcloths. Also, unlike a hotel, we do not have a
supplies closet just down the hall, so we are unable to provide the small
"consumable" items which are necessary. This would include things like
dishwashing soap, hand soap , shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper
towels, spices, coffee, sugar, cream, even toilet paper. Usually, the previous
guest has left you with a starter supply which you will, most likely, add
to and then leave some behind for the next guest. You may want to pack
a little starter kit with these items in case the home is fresh out.
Where is the best place to…..?
Our guests have all kinds of questions for special places. We welcome
them! What is it you want to know—Where to play golf? Where to fish? Where
is the local place of worship? Whatever you need, we will be more than
happy to help you find it. Just let your rental agent know.
