My name is Bracy and a couple of months ago, I like you began searching for lodging for our Disney vacation. I am a loyal internet user, so I began there. I found Lance and Karin Boyer's page for Dream Home vacations. It had everything we wanted, three bedrooms, one master and two other smaller bedrooms (twin beds). It had two bathrooms, quality pots and pans, two coffee makers, a microwave, two car garage and A SCREENED IN POOL. We requested a baby crib and received it. Did I mention the washer and dryer? We were able to wash whenever we wanted, although there was an abundant amount of linen. The children had adequate room to play. The staff was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay! Hi Lance and John, Just wanted to pass on a quick note to express our complete satisfaction with the accommodations on our recent visit to Orlando. The home at 516 Eagle Point was beautiful, spacious and just the right size for 2 families to stretch out and relax after long days at WDW. The children especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the nice added touch of the air hockey and foosball tables in the garage. (DREAM HOMES Note: Most of our home owners do NOT provide these in their homes.) Although the weather did not cooperate fully, we cannot imagine what it would have been like had we been cooped up in a hotel room. Dream Homes truly made our trip an enjoyable one and only added to the many memories. We took many pictures on our trip but most everyone wants to see the ones we took of the house! I have passed on the web address to no less than a dozen co-workers and friends and have highly recommended Dream Homes for everyone's next WDW vacation. Barbara, Tony, Janice and I all agree that we are now spoiled, and renting a full size house is the only way to go! Rest assured, that on our next trip to Orlando, we will be contacting you!!! We just wanted to express our complete satisfaction with our rental experience while in Orlando. The house was immaculately clean and had everything one could need. This was our first time renting a house versus a hotel and we will never again rent a hotel while in Orlando. We plan on returning in the next 2 - 3 years and will definitely contact you. I wonder how we could go about finding out detailed information on owning and subleasing/renting one of these homes. Because we live so far away we would need to employ a management company that would take care of the rentals, plus other companies responsible for the maintenance, cleaning and overall security of the property. Are there any such options available for out of state investors interested in buying one of these homes? We also wondered what the most popular size for renting is, for our ideal situation we would buy a 3 bedroom and utilize it through out the year for ourselves with the notion that when we retire we would either move into the property or sell it and buy elsewhere. What kind of wear and tear can be expected on these homes over the years? If you could direct us toward the person(s) we might contact regarding this possible venture we would greatly appreciate it.

Hi! We just got back from a great vacation in Kissimmee Fl. at one of your wonderful homes. We didn't expect something so nice but we were surely praying that it would be. Our kids thought the private pool was the greatest. To be able to come back to the house and get in the pool as late as you like was just great. Since the homes were advertised to be able to hold 6 to 8 people, we invited my nephew so he could sleep on the sofa bed. But once we got there, there was no sofa bed. We just went back to the office and told them that we thought we would have a sofa bed. They just said O.K. and within minutes had us another key to a much bigger house!!!!! It was great. I couldn't wait to get home to tell my relatives about it. And once we got home, I told others. We just wanted you to know that we had a wonderful time there. We love the fact that we were so close to all of the attractions. My husband and I have been together for 10 years and have been to Florida every year. Be assured we will be back. Mark & Susan, Thanks for the follow-up, most businesses don't care about you once you are gone! Our vacation home at 7803 Laurel Oak Lane in the Indian Ridge Oaks subdivision met or exceeded all our expectations! Check-in with Lance was both fast and humorous! The home was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The proximity to Disney was excellent. Close enough for convenience but far enough away to avoid the congestion and clamor of highway 192. The neighborhood was remarkably quiet, peaceful, and restful. The only noises we heard as we slept were the local birds stirring in the early morning. The pool was also very clean and was a good size as we had asked for. My daughter enjoyed it tremendously. We all enjoyed the variety of programming available on the cable TV channels. The home had plenty of plates and utensils to make preparing and serving meals easy. There was even a charcoal BBQ grill supplied so I did not have to use the tiny one we brought from home. About the only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to have left the key at the home upon departure, rather than have to had to return it to the office which was somewhat out of our way, but I assume that would cause certain logistical problems. That is a small point. Our 13 days passed quickly and although we were ready to return home, we left with mixed emotions. My daughter sure misses the pool! I think perhaps we are Floridians at heart. I cannot understand why anyone would stay at a hotel, but I am glad they do because that provides improved availability of the homes. We will certainly consider Orlando's Finest Homes for our next visit! Jerry, Jill, and Jennifer Urbaniak
