Deposit Required: Either a credit card number or $100. We will gladly accept a personal check for the $100 deposit. If you choose to reserve with a credit card we do not charge the card. We only hold the number as security and you may pay the full amount upon arrival. We would only charge your credit card in the event of a last minute cancellation (within 30 days of arrival). Upon arrival, you may pay with cash, traveler's check, money order, cashier's check, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Diners. If you wish to pay for your rental with a personal or business check, we must receive it a minimum of three weeks prior to arrival. We will also be happy to divide the bill amongst your party if that is required.
